TGIF!

I've really been challenged finding good titles to my blog posts lately. I think I use this one every Friday, lol.
It was a pretty productive week around here. Unfortunately that productivity was not in my stamp room. I'm ok with that though since my house is totally clean, including the garage!
So even though I haven't been stamping I do have something to share. I still have some cards left from the latest DRS Designs release that I haven't blogged so today I thought I would share a couple more of the adorable summer Cutie Pies...Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Check back tomorrow for some belated July blog candy.

Paper Makeup Monday Challenge

Hope everyone is having a great week. Things are starting to calm down a bit around here. I had a huge "to do" list this week and I've managed to get most things done. For the first time in a LONG time all of the laundry is clean (and hung up), the dishes are all done and the garage is clean. After getting all of that done, I decided to take a little time yesterday and stamp. I haven't had much motivation or mojo for stamping in the past few weeks and unfortunatly I'm not sure the mojo was flowing when I stamped yesterday but it did feel good to just sit down and stamp for fun. I decided to play along with this week's Paper Makeup Stamps challenge. This week is the challenge is a sketch.

Here is the sketch:

Here is my not-so-mojoish card: (the angle of the card is weird...the stars on the left aren't actually crooked, they just look like it in the photo)

Did you know that Paper Makeup Stamps have a fun release party in their forum every month? The August release party is coming up and you won't want to miss it. I am a big fan of Paper Makeup Stamps and I am so excited to hear that a bunch of the digi's that they released last month are being released in rubbah in August! I am majorly digi challenged so this is AWESOME news for me. I can't wait!
Here is all the release party info:

Thanks for stopping by today! I hope you all have a terrific day!

Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge!

Hope everyone is having a great start to their week. It is time for another fun Jacksonbelle Tuesday Challenge! This week the challenge is to make a card or project using either Pink Paislee or October Afternoon products. We would love for you to play along with us. If you do, please leave a link to your creation in the comments section of the challenge post on the Jacksonbelle blog and use keyword JBE064 when uploading to PCP or SCS.

For my card I used designer paper from the Weathervane collection from October Afternoon. I think this paper is just absolutely gorgeous. I paired it up with some Basic Grey self adhesive pearls and used a Martha Stewart border punch. The sentiment is from DRS Designs. I really loved how this card turned out but the picture just doesn't do it justice.

DRS Designs Monday Challenge!

This is my 2nd blog post this morning. Please scroll down to see my Little Paper Shop Monday Challenge post!

It is time for another DRS Designs Monday Challenge. We're up to #26 in the DRS Designs DT challenge series! Today's challenge is faux stitching! Very easy, very cool and adds a perfect finishing touch to most projects. We would love for you to play along with us...post a direct link to your creation in the comment section on the DRS Designs blog. If you upload to public gallery, please use the keyword DSC26.

This is a bittersweet post for me today as it is my last DRS Monday challenge as part of the DRS Design team. DRS was my very first design team and I feel so lucky and blessed to have been a part of their team for the past year. I LOVE my DRS stamps! I can't say enough good things about them. DRS has a HUGE selection of fabulous designs made with quality rubber. They also offer both unmounted and wood mounted options for all of their designs! Even though I am stepping down from their design team, it doesn't mean I am going to stop using their stamps. I will still be showing you lots of projects I make using their stamps. I mean, who can resist those adorable Cutie Pie kids!!!

Here is my Faux Stitching challenge card (I cheated and used stitching rub-ons as my faux stitching)
Thanks for stopping by today! Check in tomorrow for a fun Jacksonbelle Embellishments Tuesday challenge!
